摘要
针对三峡工程的三峡大坝和葛州坝的联合通航调度问题,为研究高效、可行的全局优化算法,基于前期建立的统一调度数学模型和近似优化算法对正常状态下的调度计划编制取得较好的效果,扩展研究了一种新的考虑气象预报信息的调度模型和算法,并在系统仿真的基础上进行测试。结果表明,改进的模型和算法可有效地将气象预报信息纳入调度计划编制过程。
For solving the centralized lockage scheduling of the Gezhouba Dam and Three Gorges Dam in Three Gorges Project,high efficiency and feasible global optimization need to be studied.Based on the previous researches on scheduling models and algorithms in normal conditions,a new improved mathematical model combining weather forecasting information is established.And the optimization algorithm is designed and tested under the system simulation.The result shows that the improved model and algorithm can handle weather forecasting information in arranging lockage co-scheduling.
