摘要
选用标准κ-ε紊流模型,采用二阶精度及SIMPLE算法,设置相应边壁粗糙度,以Fluent流体计算软件为平台,以福建某电站为例对不同工况下出水侧流道流场进行了三维数值模拟计算,比较分析了岔管段优化前后不同工况下的速度分布、压强及紊动强度分布变化,获得水流流态变化规律与水力损失变化,并提出了优化效果明显的体型修改方案,有效减少了岔管段的水力损失,确保了电站运行效率。
Based on the Fluent platform,the flow field of outlet conduit for a certain hydropower station in Fujian Province is simulated by using standard κ-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm with second order precision and setting boundary roughness.By comparing the velocity distribution,pressure and turbulence strength distribution at the various conditions of optimizing bifurcated pipe or not,the rules of flow regime variation and hydraulic loss are obtained.At the same time,improved shape plan with obvious optimization effect is put forward and it reduces hydraulic loss of bifurcated pipe effectively,which ensures operating efficiency of hydropower station.
