摘要
研究目的:钻孔灌注桩是目前主要的基础形式,随着机械设备的不断改进,钻孔和水下混凝土的工艺已日臻成熟,但一些事故仍然时有发生,给国家和企业带来了经济损失。钻孔灌注桩为典型的隐蔽工程,施工过程的技术控制将决定工程质量的优劣。因此,有必要对引起质量事故的各个环节进行研究。研究结论:钻孔灌注桩施工过程的各个工序都可能出现意外,从而导致质量事故的发生,本文针对钻孔和水下混凝土灌注过程的各个工序进行研究,从识别质量事故的表征入手,分析事故原因,结合理论研究和实践总结,有针对性地提出预防和处理技术措施,通过加强过程控制,从源头上避免质量事故的发生,确保钻孔灌注桩的成桩质量。
Research purposes: Cast-in-situ bored pile is a main foundation mode at present.With continuous improvement of equipments,the technology of boring and casting of water concrete is consistent practiced.However,some accidents still occur,both the country and the companies will bear economic losses.Cast-in-situ bored pile is one of typical concealed works.Technological control during construction process will determine the quality of completed piles.For this reason,it is necessary to research every link of which cause to accidents.Research conclusions:Unexpected factors may occur during every process of the construction of Cast in-situ pile.This paper aims to research every process of construction both boring and casting of water concrete.It starts with the identifying of the diagnosis analyzing the causation and combining of theoretical research and practice summary,and then points out protection and treatment technical measures of accident.Therefore,accident will be prevented from the beginning,the quality of completed cast in-situ piles will be guaranteed.
