夜寒苏(圆瓣姜花)的鉴定及挥发油成分GC-MS分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:为夜寒苏(Rhizoma hedychii)的研究和利用提供新的参考资料和依据。方法:应用中药鉴定学方法对夜寒苏姜科姜花属植物圆瓣姜花Hedychium forrestii Diels.的干燥根茎进行原植物鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别以及气相色谱-质谱联用分析其挥发油成分。结果:其根状茎维管束呈外韧型,散生,皮层和中柱有油细胞存在,薄壁细胞内有淀粉粒和草酸钙方晶;主要挥发油成分为β-蒎烯、α-蒎烯、桉油精、α-萜品醇、4-松油醇等。结论:姜科姜花属植物圆瓣姜花为夜寒苏一个新的植物来源。 OBJECTIVE: To provide new reference material and basis for the study and utilization of Rhizoma hedychii. METHODS: Pharmacognosy was used for the identification of original plant, characteristics identification and microscopic identification of Rhizoma hedychii, which was the rhizome of Hedychium genus of the Zingiberaceae: Hedychium forrestii. GC-MS was used for analysis of volatile oil. RESULTS : The vascular bundles were collateral type and scattered, its stele and cortex had oil cells, and thin-walled cells contained starch grains and calcium oxalate crystals. The main volatile oil components were β-pinene, α-pinene, eucalyptol and α-terpineol, 4-terpineol, etc. CONCLUSION : Hedychium genus of the Zingiberaceae : H. forrestii is a new plant origin of Rhizoma hedychii.
