摘要
雅克拉集气处理站(雅站)有3台美国库柏公司(COOPER)生产的CFA34型天然气压缩机,在使用过程中出现了许多与现场不适应的故障,导致机组频繁停机。经过长期摸索,逐步找到了各类故障的原因,并通过技术改进和优化运行,逐步解决了压缩机存在的各种问题,最终实现了压缩机的长期平稳运行。
There are 3 COOPER CFA34 gas compressors in Yakala gas treaUnent station. They are frequently halt because of malfunctions which are not suited to the field. After long exploration, the causes of malfunction are found and the technical improvement and operation optimization are implemented. The goal of long stable operation of the compressor is achieved.
