摘要
目的对新疆雪莲的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等分离方法对体积分数为75%的新疆雪莲乙醇溶液提取物进行成分分离,通过谱学分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为大苞雪莲内酯(involucratolactone,1)、11α,13-dihydrozaluzanin-C(2)、dihydrozaluzanin-C(3)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7β-hydroxysitosterol,4)、7β-羟基豆甾醇(stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7β-diol,5)、山奈酚(kaempferol,6)、高车前素(hispidulin,7)、粗毛豚草素(jaceosidin,8)。结论化合物3、5为首次从风毛菊属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4为首次从新疆雪莲植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et kit. Methods The chemical constituents of 75 % ethanol extract of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et kir. were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, together with recrystallization method, and the structures were identified by means of NMR spectral analysis and physico-chemical properties. Results Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as involucratolactone (1), 11 α, β-dihydrozaluzanin-C ( 2 ), dihydrozaluzanin-C ( 3 ), 7fl-hydroxysitosterol ( 4 ), stigmast-5,22-dien-3β, 7β-diol (5), kaempferol ( 6 ), hispidulin ( 7 ), jaceosidin ( 8 ), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 2,4 are isolated from this plant for the first time, while, compounds 3 and 5 are isolated from the Saussurea genus for the first time.
