摘要
将电能质量分为连续型和事件型2类,说明了事件型电能质量的物理含义,并指出其综合评估的意义。基于经济等效平衡原理和经济等效时间这一概念对各项指标进行归一化处理。在此基础上,提出了综合考虑电压长时间中断、电压暂降、电压暂升和短时中断等指标的事件型电能质量供电可靠率的概念,具有一定的科学性和合理性,适合工程实际运用。
The authors emphasize that power quality should be divided into two categories, i.e., the continuous and the event-based, then describe the physical meaning of event-based power quality and point out the significance of such a categorization in comprehensive assessments. Based on the theory of economic equivalent balance, the indices influencing event-based power quality are normalized according to the concept of economic equivalent time. On this basis, a concept on event-based power supply reliability is put forward, in which the long-term service interruption, voltage sag, voltage swell and short-time power supply interruption are comprehensively taken into account. This concept is reasonable in a certain extent and can be used in practice.
