在文［１］中讨论了拟正定阵的基本性质，本文给出了两个拟正定阵Ｈａｄａｍ ａｒｄ 乘积和Ｋｒｏｎｅｃｋｅｒ乘积是拟正定阵的一个充要条件。

The basic properties of quasi-positive definite matrix were studied in paper[1].The paper is intent on discussing a necessary and sufficient condition that Kronecker product and Hadamard product of two quasi-positive definite matrices are quasi-positive definite matrices.
