Optimal Determination of Triadimenol in Banana by GC

摘要 [方法]优化测定香蕉中三唑醇残留量的气相色谱法。香蕉样品用乙腈提取,氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,不同比例的正己烷-丙酮溶液淋洗去杂质和洗脱,浓缩定容,用气相色谱仪测定。[结果]三唑醇的峰形尖锐,无杂质干扰,响应灵敏度高,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数为0.9997,最小检出限为4.0μg/kg,回收率均为87.0%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~5.6%。[结论]样品提取、净化效率、回收率高,而且简便、重现性好,适合大批量样品的检测。 [Methods] The method was optimized for the determination of residues of triadimenol in bananas by GC.the banana sample was extracted with acetonitrile with fluorine florisil solid phase extraction column purification,different ratios of hexane-acetone eluent to impurities and elution,concentrated,determined by GC.[Results] that triadimenol peak shape was sharp and impurity-free with high response sensitivity,the correlation coefficient of standard linear was 0.9997.The minimum detection limit was 4.0 μ/kg.The average recovery rate of triadimenol was 87.0-96.0% and relative standard deviation was 4.4-5.6%.[Conclusions] The method have high extraction,purification efficiency and recovery rate and is simple with good reapperance.it is sutable for the detection of large numbers of samples.
