摘要 [目的]建立240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨敏感种群的毒力基线,为抗性预测和监测提供依据。[方法]采用浸叶碟法和叶片残毒法,就240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨不同虫态进行毒力测定。[结果]240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨卵和幼螨的LC50值分别为3.188 6、15.125 2 mg/L(制剂用量),对被处理雌成螨所产下卵的LC50值为13.249 5 mg/L(制剂用量)。[结论]该药剂对二斑叶螨卵的毒性高于幼螨,对雌成螨的生殖力具有明显的抑制作用。 [Aims]In order to forecast and monitor the resistance,log-dose probit-mortality data of spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC to the susceptible strain of Tetranychus urticae Koch in different stages was established.[Methods] The toxicity of spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC against Tetranychus urticae was tested using both leaf disk dip and leaf residue methods.[Results] The estimated LC50 for the eggs and larvaes were 3.1886 and 15.1252 mg/L,respectively.LC50 of eggs laid by treated female adults was 13.2495 mg/L.[Conclusions] Based on results of this study,eggs were more susceptible to spirodiclofen 240 g/L SC than larvaes.The compound colud control significantly reproductive capacity of female adults.
