摘要
产生于工业经济时代的传统科层组织结构已不能适应知识经济时代的要求。变化灵活的柔性组织以其特有的个性特征和市场行为将成为21世纪先导性的组织模式。
The traditional hirarchic organisation which was created in industry-economy age has become more and more difficult to adapt to the demand of the knowledge-economy age.The flexible organisation which can change easily with the different enviroment will be the guided organisation mode in the 21st century because of its unique characterization and behaviour in market.
