摘要
本文根据承受偏载的简支梁式专用称重传感器的工作特点,对其弹性体的加工制造误差引起的称重误差进行分析,引入了“单位加工误差影响系数”的概念,从而可以方便而准确地确定其弹性体两端的允许相对加工误差数值。
According to the feature of free beam type of weighting sensor loaded non-symmetrically, the weighting error is analyzed which is caused by the machining error of elastomer of the sensor. Based on the concept of 'influence coefficient of unit machining error', the relative machining error about the two sides of the elastomer can be determined conveniently and accurately.
