微创经皮钢板与交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折效果比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板与交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折效果。方法选取永兴县人民医院近2年来收治的74例胫骨骨折患者,其中37例采用微创经皮钢板治疗(钢板组),另37例采用交锁髓内钉治疗(髓内钉组),比较两组治疗效果。结果两组优良率、术后并发症、住院时间、手术时间和术中出血量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板与交锁髓内钉均是治疗胫骨骨折的有效方法,且均具有不剥离骨膜,能有效减少对骨折处的血运干扰,促进骨折愈合。
