苦瓜多肽MC2的合成和降血糖活性(英文) 被引量:1

Total Synthesis of MC2,a Peptide from Momordica Charantia and Its Hypoglycemic Activity

摘要 目的:合成纯化从苦瓜中分离得到的多肽MC2,测试其药理活性。方法:应用Fmoc/t-Bu正交保护固相合成技术,在微波辅助条件下合成多肽。肽的粗品通过制备反相高效液相来纯化。用四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠测试MC2的降糖活性。结果:在微波条件下能够快速高效的合成MC2,活性结果显示能够降低血糖。结论:合成了多肽MC2,具有降血糖的作用。 AIM:To synthesize peptide MC2 isolated from Momordica Charantia and test its hypoglycemic activity.METHODS:The synthesis of MC2 was under microwave irradiation,using Fmoc/t-Bu orthogonal protection solid phase strategy.The crude peptide was purified by preparative RP-HPLC.The biological activity of MC2 was tested in the alloxan-induced diabetic mice.RESULTS:The peptide MC2 was rapidly and efficiently synthesized with a reduction of the blood glucose level.CONCLUSION:The MC2 was synthesized and was found to have hypoglycemic activity.
