摘要
国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)是我国目前建设较为成功的图书馆联盟之一,在我国的图书馆联盟建设项目中具有一定的代表性。选取国外三个典型的图书馆联盟,从联盟的基本情况、管理体制和服务功能等多个方面,与国家科技图书文献中心进行详细的比较和分析,并在此基础上,提出对我国图书馆联盟发展的几点建议。
As one of the successful library consortia in China, National Science and Technology Library （NSTL） has some represen- tation. The paper selects three typical foreign library consortia and NSTL, analyzes and compares their basic conditions, management systems and service functions, puts forward four suggestions for the development of library consortia in China.
