摘要
根据NSTL的职能和定位,对NSTL在新环境下的发展与规划提出建议,如扩充文献信息资源数量、加强外文科技期刊引进、重视灰色文献信息搜集;扩大联盟规模、创新联盟文化、拓展联盟合作项目;运用新技术优化网络服务系统等,以将NSTL建设成为国际水平的国家文献供应中心、国家级的数字图书馆联盟以及集成化的资源、服务、科研平台。
Based on the function and positioning of NSTL, this article brings forward some suggestions on NSTL＇ s development plan- ning, such as increasing the quantity of its document resources, especially foreign periodicals and grey literature, enlarging its coalition size, innovating coalition culture and expanding cooperation projects, optimizing its network service system by means of new technolo- gies. So as to develop NSTL into a world-class document supply centre, state - level Digital library consortium as well as integrated platform of resources, services and scientific exchanges.
