摘要
在分析国内绿色图书馆研究现状之后,介绍美国图书馆学会TFOE工作组的3E可持续发展框架理论,然后从建造绿色环保节能的图书馆建筑、培养有"绿色意识"的图书馆员、构建全面协调发展的馆藏体系、承担更多的社会责任和提供更公平高效的信息服务4个方面讨论基于3E可持续发展框架理论的绿色图书馆构建的相关策略。
After analyzing domestic green library research, this paper introduces the 3 E sustainable development theoretical framework bring forward by the TFOE Working Group of American Library Association, discusses construction strategy of green library based on 3E sustainable development framework theory from four aspect： Cgnstructing building with the character of energy saving and environment protection, cultivating a ＂green consciousness＂ library staff, constructing comprehensive and coordinated development of library collection system, taking more social responsibility and providing more equitable and efficient information services.
