异构环境下区域馆际互借的思考与探索

Consideration and Exploration of ILL under the Heterogeneous Environment

分析对比我国高校图书馆区域馆际互借的现状,对异构环境下区域馆际互借改革进行研究。针对以自动化管理取代手工管理的改革目标,制定运作模式和馆际互借流程,提出系统解决方案,包括系统结构、功能设计、技术难点与技术创新,认为异构环境下书目信息库的建立是系统实现的关键,并简述区域馆际互借系统在陕西高校图书馆的实践。

According to the analysis and contrast of the current situation of the regional inter-library loan（ILL） in university librar- ies, this paper intends to study the reform of the inter-library loan under the heterogeneous environment. Aimed at the substitution of the labor management with automation management, the paper draws up the objectives of the reform and the interlibrary loan process, proposes some solutions including the system structure, function design, technical difficulties and innovations, etc. and finally introduces the practice of the regional inter-library loan in university libraries of Shaanxi Province.
