摘要
通过阐述图书馆"职业化"进程,引出目前图书馆界存在的"去职业化"现象。深入分析其产生的内外部原因及"去职业化"在图书馆中的具体表现,提出尽管图书馆员"去职业化"可以提高图书馆的工作效率、增加图书馆员专业多样性,但还存在着如图书馆业务质量降低、图书馆核心能力下降等重要问题。基于以上观点,从图书馆具体工作、图书馆学教育和职业资格认证等角度提出应对图书馆员"去职业化"的应对措施。
In this paper, the phenomenon of deprofessionalization in library has been put up through the statement of library profes- sionalization. And the internal and external causes which brought the phenomenon of deprofessionalization are in-depth analyzed. Though the phenomenon of deprofessionalization in library can improve the efficiency of library and increase the diversity of librarian profession, it also has a lot of shortcomings, such as the decline of library work quality and core capacity. For the above reasons, the measurements are pohted from the angle of specific library work, library education and professional qualifications authentication.
