在对企业并购问题进行定量描述的基础上,给出了并购单元有效性的概念和判定方法,分析了其经济含义,探讨了并购有效单元与相应的多目标规划Pareto有效解之间的关系,然后,给出了并购单元群整体效率的度量方案和并购效率的优化方法.最后,将该方法进行了仿真应用.

Based on the quantitative description of MA,first of all,this article defined the concept and the judging method for the effectiveness of MA units,analyzed their economic connotative meaning, and discussed the relationship between the MA effective unit and Pareto effective solution;And then, provided the measurement solution to the overall efficiency of MA units and the methods to optimize the MA efficiency;Lastly,applied the method to the simulation application.
