对新河口船闸工程质量问题的探讨

Investigation on the Problems of Poor Quality in the Construction of a Ship Lock at Xingheke

本文以新河口船闸所出现的质量问题为例,分析了新河口船闸的事故原因,着重说明了基本建设一定要遵循基建程序,一定要遵照技术规范的规定去办,而且要密切设计和施工间的联系。特别要注重施工管理中的质量。

Taking the construction of a ship lock at Xingheke as an example. This paper makes analysis on the cause of faults that happened in the course of construction for this lock, and puts emphasis on the following points: any capital construction must follow the rules of construction procedure;any construction work must be done according to the technical specifications; design and construction works must maintain close ties with each other;and in particular, the supervision to the construction work must be strengthened.
