改善人字闸门液压缸式启闭机力学特性的方法探讨

摘要 文章针对液压卧缸式启闭机结构紧凑、制造简单,但其力学特性较差的特点,探讨用降低液压卧缸式启闭机的输出能力矩,使其由原来与人字门阻力矩曲线相反的能力矩曲线,趋近于人字门阻力矩曲线,达到提高能源利用,降低能源消耗的目的。 In the use of hydraulic-operated device, with horizontal cylinder, for opening and shutting the miler gate, it seems that the arrangement of this device is well knitted and in simple operation, but its main deficiency is of unfavorable mechanical characteristics.To overcome the difficulties the authors decrease the output active moment ability of the cylindrical device, with the curve of active moment to be well close to the resistance curve, of which it develops reversely with the former one. By this improving, the purpose of promoting the utilization of energy and decreasing the consumption of energy is fulfilled.
