丙烯酸改性环氧水性树脂合成工艺的优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 在详细分析酯化工艺制备丙烯酸改性环氧树脂合成路线的基础上,讨论了两步酯化工艺的可行性和必要性;并对两步酯化工艺中的两个关键步骤进行了详细研究。通过对酯化过程中环氧基团开环过程的控制,得到了环氧树脂单酯化过程中催化剂的最佳用量为0.2%(相对于总质量)、最佳反应时间为105 min;同时通过凝胶渗透色谱对产物数均相对分子质量的测定,得出自由基聚合反应过程中引发剂和链转移剂用量与聚合树脂相对分子质量之间的关系;并由此制备出具有一定功能官能团数量、最佳相对分子质量和链结构的丙烯酸改性环氧树脂。最后,通过对该树脂的性能测试证实该方法所合成树脂综合性能优良。 This article has described the feasibility and necessity of a two - step esterifieation process for the preparation of acrylate modified epoxy resin, was discussed in details. Besides, two cricial steps in the esterifieation process were also studied in detail. By controlling the ring - open process of epoxy during the esterification, it was found that the optimum catalyst dosage in the epoxy mono - esterification process was 0.2% and the most appropriate reaction time was 105 rain. Besides, by measuring the number average molecular weight(M.) of the resin by GPC, the relation between M and the concentrations of initiator and the chain transfer agent used in the acrylic radical polymerization process. With the method mentioned above, the resin containing a certain amount of functional groups, best M, and chain structure was synthsized. Finally, the modified resin performed well rerified by resin performance tests.
