涂层光泽对家电用彩涂板压斑缺陷的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在家电用彩涂板生产的卷取过程中会产生压斑缺陷,为了消除或减轻此种缺陷,本实验对其进行了研究,并用光泽仪对压斑缺陷进行了评价,在实验室模拟现场生产条件再现了家电用彩涂板压斑缺陷,研究了表面光泽以及温度对家电用彩涂板压斑缺陷的影响。结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,彩涂压斑缺陷的程度(试验前后正面光泽的变化)与彩涂板正反面光泽的差值以及环境温度有关。光泽差值越大,环境温度越高,产生压斑缺陷越明显。 The press scar defect will happen when the prepainted steel was coiled. In order to study these defects and find the ways solution, reproduction of press scar on the prepainted steel for appliance was conducted in the lab. The effect of coatings gloss and temperature on the press scar defect of prepainted steel was researched by gloss meter. The experimental result indicated that when the other parameters were the same, the degree of press scar on the prepainted steel was related to the difference of the gloss on the back and front face and environment temperature. The prepainted steel press scar become distinct with large difference between surface gloss on the front and back face and higher environment temperature.
