摘要
针对7-氨基-3-去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7-ADCA)生产废水成分复杂、含量高、生物降解性差的特点,采用"预处理、厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)、水解酸化、循环活性污泥处理系统(CASS)、厌氧-好氧法(A/O)、Fenton氧化"工艺路线。调试运行结果表明,在综合进水COD为9 g.L-1、NH3-N的质量浓度为600 mg.L-1的情况下,出水水质稳定,COD为0.075~0.100 g.L-1、NH3-N的质量浓度为3~7 mg.L-1,COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到了98.8%和99%,达到GB 8978-1996一级标准。采用该工艺可满足大规模7-ADCA生产废水处理要求。
Wastewater of 7-ADCA production has complicated compositions, high concentrations of organic compounds, dissolved solids and colloids, and lots of pollutants difficult to degrade by microorganism. According to the law of various wastewater taking different pretreatment facilities, EGSB- acid hydrolysis-CASS-bio-contact oxidation-Fenton oxidation were applied in treatment of the 7-ADCA wastewater. The integrated influent quality was COD 9 g.L-1,NH3-N 600 mg.L-1 and the quality of effluent, COD 0.075-0.1 g.L-1, NH3-N 3-7 mg.L-1,meeting I-class criteria specified in the integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-- 1996), the COD and NH3-N removal rate separately were 98.8%, 99%. The results showed that the process was suitable for wastewater treatment of 7-ADCA.
