摘要
介绍了用二维扫描振镜测量LiNbO3光波导输出光场分布的方法。分析了影响测量准确性与空间分辨率的因素。同CCD摄像法比较,该方法具有更广的波长适应性。
A method for measurment of output light field distribution from LiNbO3 optical waveguide by optical scanner with two dimensions is presented. The facults of influnce to measuring accurancy and spacial resolution are analyzed respectively. This method is more suitable in large wavelength range compared with CCD camera.
