摘要
针对数控机床能量利用率偏低的现状,将使用阶段能量优化作为目标融入机床设计中,并引入能量设计因子的概念。建立了数控机床使用阶段能耗模型,针对其中具有能量特性的单元———机械传动系统、电气控制系统、辅助系统,识别出能量因素,对其中的强可控能量设计因素集F进行定量与定性分析,提取出能量设计因子集C。此外,建立了能量设计因子耦合分解机制,并对载荷损耗系数b与极限切削宽度bDlim进行了耦合分解。
Aiming to improve NC machine energy utilization rate,a conception of EDF which reflected the control mechanism and elements of product's energy property in design was introduced.The extraction of NC machine EDFs was based on the analysis of NC machine energy consumption model in use stage,especially the elements which had energy features,such as the mechanism driving system,the electric control system and the assistant system.Identify the strong controllable energy factor aggregation F was identified and the EDFs aggregation C through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis was obtained.In addition,the decomposition process of coupling EDFs which contain load loss modulus b and max cut width bDlim was given.
