摘要 缩短棉织物的漂染加工时间,是溢流染色机的发展方向。立信公司新开发的GN6—Super高温溢流染色机,将棉织物的漂染加工时间缩短至4~5h。该机有许多技术创新,具有先进的MSR及MIR水洗系统,高温煮漂功能,煮漂染色过程连续进行,节省电能、水及蒸汽。 Development in overflow dyeing machines is towards shortening cotton bleaching and dyeing time. The high temperature dyeing machine GN6 -Super, the new model developed by Pong's, is equipped with a number of innovative features. With this new machine, a complete wet processing including bleaching and reactive dyeing could be finished in 4~5 hours, based on high temperature scouring and bleaching together with advanced MIR and MSR rinsing technology. The processes of bleaching and dyeing are continuous without main pump stop. Electrical power, water and steam can clearly be saved.
