摘要
目的探讨阴道镜下定位活检诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床价值。方法对临床宫颈疾病的1853例患者行阴道镜检查,均在阴道镜下定位活检。结果与组织学结果作对照,阴道镜诊断CIN的诊断符合率较高。结论阴道镜检查能及时早期发现宫颈微小病灶,并能选择性定位活检,可提高CIN的诊断率。
Objective To explore the clinical value of colposcopy biopsy diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasias（CIN）.Methods Clinical cervical disease 1853 patients underwent bronchoscopy,are in the vagina vaginal microscopically positioning biopsy.Results Histological results contrast,colposcopy biopsy diagnosis of CIN is higher accuracy.Conclusion Colposcopy can promptly early detection of cervical tiny lesions,and can selectively positioning biopsy,it can improve the diagnosis of CIN.
