摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)孕灶局部注射及肌内注射两种不同途径给药联合米非司酮治疗剖宫产切口妊娠的疗效。方法将30例患者随机分为A、B两组,A组15例采用MTX 50mg加生理盐水3mL经阴道超声引导孕灶局部注药,B组15例MTX50mg单次肌内注射给药,两组均口服米非司酮50mg,2次/d,连服3d,对两组的疗效及不良反应进行比较。结果 A组治疗成功率为93.33%,B组成功率为73.33%;A组患者血β-HCG转阴时间及子宫切口处包块消失时间均较B组短;A组不良反应发生率亦较B组低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 MTX孕灶局部给药联合米非司酮治疗剖宫产子宫切口妊娠疗效优于肌内注射组,且前者血β-HCG下降快、子宫切口处包块消失时间及住院时间短,不良反应少。
Objective Methotrexate（MTX） pregnant local injection and focal intramuscular two different approaches to medicine treatment cesarean section incision combined mifepristone influences of pregnancy outcomes.Methods Will be 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups,A and B group A 15 cases using MTX 50mg add saline 3ml by transvaginal ultrasonography lead pregnant focal local injection drug group B is 15 cases MTX 50mg single muscle note to medicine,both groups oral mifepristone influences 50mg twice A day,and even served three days,two groups of efficacy and adverse reaction of comparison.Results Treatment group A,B 93.33% rate composed of the power of 73.33%;Group A patient blood beta HCG shade time and uterus in the surgical bag piece disappear time are relatively group B short,A group of adverse reaction rate also relatively group B low,with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion to medicine MTX pregnant focal local joint mifepristone influences treatment uterine cesarean section incision pregnancy better therapeutic intramuscular group,and the former blood beta HCG down quickly,uterine incision place bag piece disappear time and shorter hospitalization time and fewer side effects.
