中药口服配合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

目的:观察芪藤止痛汤口服配合槐芩汤保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:A组20例口服芪藤止痛汤并用槐芩汤保留灌肠,B组20例只口服芪藤止痛汤,C组20例口服盆炎康合剂。结果:临床总有效率A组95%,B组80%,C组为85%,A组与B组及C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后3组总积分均下降,但A组与B组及C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后3组血液流变学指标均有改善,但A组优于B组及C组(P<0.05)。结论:口服芪藤止痛汤配合槐芩汤保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation treated by Qitengzhitong Decoction for oral administration combined with Huailing Decoction for retention enema.Method： 20 cases in A group were treated with Qitengzhitong Decoction for oral administration combined with Huailing Decoction for retention enema,20 cases in B group were treated only with Qitengzhitong Decoction for oral administration and 20 cases in C group were treated with Penyankang Mixture for oral administration.Result： The total effective rate of A group,B group and C group was 95%,80% and 85% respectively.The total effective rate of A group was significantly different from that of B group and C group（P0.05）.After treatment,the total integral of the three groups all decreased,but the total integral of A group was significantly different from that of B group and C group（P0.05）.After treatment,hemorheology indexes of the three groups were all improved,but hemorheology indexes of A group was superior to that of B group and C group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qitengzhitong Decoction for oral administration combined with Huailing Decoction for retention enema has significant therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation.
