摘要
在"普惠泛在的信息网络体系"中,各种网络应用性产品是不可缺失的重要组成。信息网络化,使产品的功能得到扩展,并增强了产品无形的服务能力,从而深刻影响着人使用产品时的体验性感受。从需求而言,消费者对产品的体验包括使用性体验、认知性体验、情感性体验、社会价值体验等。网络化产品的设计创新,不能仅仅是网络技术升级的过程,更需要以用户体验为导向,进行多向创新,如使用的便利化创新、认知的语意化创新、情感的人性化创新、社会价值认同的绿色化创新等,系统地完善人机关系,达成产品与人的和谐亲善。
In the system of a universal and user-oriented information network,various network products constitute its essential part.The networking of information has expanded the product function and improved its serviceability,hence,profoundly influenced the customer's experience.From the customer's view of point on the demand,this experience includes practicality,cognitiveness,affectivity,social value,and etc..The design innovation of a network product is not only the upgrading process of network technologies,but also a process which is guided by service experiences to innovate in multi-direction,such as convenience innovation,semantics innovation,humanity innovation,ecological design innovation,and thus perfect the man-machine relationship and reach the harmony between man and product.
