摘要
钢厂老工业厂区内深基坑工程地质条件差,施工条件复杂,周边环境恶劣。结合该基坑工程实例,在深入分析基坑工程特点的基础上,采用铁路路基托换方案、排桩加三道钢支撑基坑支护方案、高压旋喷桩止水帷幕方案、降水井和减压降水井降水方案、管道支架加固方案和高压旋喷桩基坑底板复合地基加固方案等方法对基坑进行了综合治理。研究成果对复杂条件下的基坑工程的设计与施工有重要的参考意义。
The geological conditions of old industry steelmaking plant Pour-Pit foundation are poor.The construction conditions are complex and its construction environment is worse.Based on deep analysis of foundation pit engineering characteristics,using this foundation as an example,many schemes are applied as comprehensive treatment.The railway subgrade is underpined,the foundation is supported by row piles with steel support and the waterproof curtain are high pressure jet grouting piles.Dewatering well and decompression well are applied as dewatering scheme.The pipe support is strengthened and the high pressure jet grouting piles are used as composite foundation reinforcement.The research result has reference significance to design and construction of complex foundation pit project.
