Training Resources Requirement Forecast Oriented Towards Equipment Support Training Mission

以同时开展多项装备保障训练任务为研究背景,针对训练资源需求多、训练资源需求冲突等特点,研究多训练任务的训练资源需求。为便于对训练资源需求进行计算,提出了一种训练资源分类方法,对各类训练资源的使用进行优化,并结合现有训练资源情况,得出所需训练资源的种类及数量。

This paper searches mean to forecast equipment training missions＇ resources requirements according to the characteristics of many resources required by many training missions.To account resources requirement expediently,the paper brings forward a method to classify training resources and optimize each kind of resources.Lastly,according to the training resources there,gets the requirements of training resources.
