Problems of Case Teaching in "Management Theory" and Its Countermeasure

案例教学是培养学生综合素质的一种有效方法,但目前在国内管理教育上,由于受传统的教学方法的影响和案例教学的条件的限制,案例教学的效果并不佳。本文从案例教学存在的问题以及解决对策进行了阐述,分析了案例教学在高等教育中的重要作用。

Case teaching is an effective method of training the overall quality of students.But the effect of case teaching in the current education of management in our country is not good,restricted by the traditional teaching methods and case teaching conditions.This paper described the problems inthe case teaching and countermeasures,and analyzed the important role of the case teaching in higher education.
