西部流动人口现象分析

Analysis of Phenomenon of Floating Population of the West China

西部地区由于地处内陆,经济基础薄弱,交通落后,市场化程度低,致使大量劳动力纷纷涌入东部经济发达地区,形成西部向东部、农村向城市的人口流动。西部流动人口为经济的繁荣、西部地区的发展发挥了重要作用,但也给社会带来了许多问题。本文从近年来西部流动人口的流动特征和产生的原因两方面系统分析了西部流动人口的现状,并结合国情探讨了西部流动人口管理的公共政策思考。

The west China lies inland,so its＇ economic base is frail,traffic is backward,and level of markets is low,which brings out lots of manpower coming to the economic developed region of the east China,thus forms the floating population moving from the west to the east,and from countryside to urban.The floating population of the west China has given the important reins for flourishing economic and development of the west region,but also bring out many social problem.The paper analyses the present situation of the floating population of the west China systematically in two respects,namely floating features and reasons of the floating population of the west China in recent years,and looks into the thinking of public policy on the administration of the floating population of the west China according to our country situation.
