摘要
从生态环境,移民,经济发展等方面,阐述了目前水电开发过程中面临的主要问题,总结了应对各种问题的措施和经验,以期对水电开发具有一定的推动作用,使水电开发更具科学性。
From the aspects of ecological environment,migration and economic development,etc,the main problems faced in hydropower development are elaborated in this paper.At the same time,some of the measures and experience are proposed to make hydropower development more rational and scientific.
