高层住宅工程建设项目施工中安全监理的控制探讨——以长沙某高层住宅项目为例

Discussion on the Control of Safety Supervision in the Construction of High-rise Residential Construction Projects: Taking the Hhigh-rise Residential Projects in Changsha for Example

建筑工程施工安全监理是一项系统工程,施工过程体现了一系列的现场施工作业和管理活动,作业和管理活动的效果直接影响到施工安全。本文以长沙某高层住宅项目为例,首先简要介绍了工程概况,阐述了本工程项目施工安全风险管理的思路,对工程项目的危险源进行了识别与监控,制定了施工安全监理的控制措施,最后提出了工程项目施工安全监理的成效。

Safety supervision of building construction is a systematic project,the construction process reflects a series of on-site construction operations and management activities which directly affect the effect of construction safety.In this paper,taking a high-rise residential project in Changsha for example,begins with a brief description of the project overview,describes the idea of security risk management in the construction of this project,carries out identification and monitoring of the source of the risk,develops the control measures of construction safety supervision,finally,proposes the effectiveness of safety supervision.
