区域创新系统的协调发展测度与评价研究——基于二象对偶理论的视角

Research on measurement and evaluation of coordinated development of regional innovation systems —based on the perspective of er-xiang dual theory

基于二象对偶理论,将区域创新系统设计为由创新能力为表征的状态子系统和以创新效率为测度"工具"的过程子系统的二象子系统构成的动态系统,从区域创新系统状态子系统和过程子系统两方面分析了区域创新系统的二象特征;构建了基于投入产出的区域创新系统协调发展的评价指标体系和评价模型,运用收集的我国30个省、市、自治区的相关原始数据,对各区域创新系统的综合发展水平、二象子系统的发展水平及二者间的协调度进行测度,在此基础上,从创新协调指数和创新发展综合水平两个维度对各区域创新系统发展情况进行归类、分析与评价,并提出相应对策。

Based on the Er-Xiang dual theory,regional innovation system is divided into the state subsystem which characterized by innovation capability and the process subsystem which takes innovation efficiency as measured ＂tool＂,and establishes the Er-Xiang characteristics;Based on the theoretical analysis above,through empirical research of coordinated development for 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions innovation system,it measures and evaluates development level of Er-Xiang subsystem.Based on the empirical analysis result,it carries the classification and analysis to various regional innovation systems.
