复杂地层中深孔钻探施工要达到安全、快速、经济的目标,必须在采用新研制的高强度SQ系列绳索取心钻具系统的同时,施行科学合理的钻探工艺技术措施。新型钻具在生产试验示范中,详细分析了国内典型矿区地层特点、装备配置以及目前机台工人素质等情况,有针对性地研究制定了施工方案和技术措施,这些措施对今后复杂地层深孔钻探具有一定指导意义。

In order to make deep hole drilling in complex stratum achieve safe,rapid and economic goals,we must use the new SQ series of rope core drill system with high-strength,at the same time take scientific and reasonable drilling technical measures.In the production demonstration of new drilling,the paper made detailed analysis of the characteristics of stratum,equipment configuration,and the quality of the current machine workers,etc.,in typical domestic mining,pertinently studied and developed the construction planning and technical measures,which has some significance for future deep-hole drilling in complex stratum.
