摘要
要使工程建设真正达到能够减轻以至避免地震灾害,把握好抗震设计关是减轻地震灾害的根本措施。文章根据实践经验和对有关资料的总结,对高层钢筋混凝土房屋的抗震设计问题进行了研究和探讨。
In oder to make construction projects really be able to reduce or even avoid the earthquake disaster,a good grasp of the relevant seismic design is a fundamental measure to mitigate earthquake disasters.Based on the summary of experience and relevant information,this articles studied and discussed the seismic design issues of reinforced concrete high-rise housing.
