摘要
本篇论文通过对盛信电子有限公司这一现代化电子产品生产、经营的概况以及企业培训的现状、实施和是否起到培训效果的调查和了解,提出现阶段企业为其员工制定的培训方案存在的问题,运用所学的相关培训理论的知识指导分析该公司培训工作存在哪些不足,并根据盛信电子有限公司的实际情况提出切实可行的培训解决方案,从而达到培训的目的,进一步提高员工的整体素质,增加企业的经济效益。
Through the production and operations overview of modernization electronic products of Shengxin Electronics Co.,Ltd.,and the investigation and understanding of the present situation,implementation and whether getting up the training effect of enterprise training,this paper proposed the problems of training plan which is formulated for its staff in present stage,used the correlation training theory knowledge to analyze the insufficiencies of training work,and proposed the practical and feasible training solution according to the actual situation,to achieve the training goal,further improve staff's overall quality,and increase enterprise's economic efficiency.
