摘要
当前高校成人教育财务管理工作滞后于事业的发展,在某种程度上成为事业发展的阻碍,如何做好财务管理工作事关重大。本文结合高校实际,提出"推进全面预算管理、完善收费管理、增强成本核算和效益核算、完善内部控制"等加强高校成人教育财务管理对策。
Current financial management work of college adult education lags behind the development of the cause,and to some extent becomes obstacle to career development,how to strengthen the financial management work is quite important.This paper,considering the reality of institutions,puts forward the measure that ＂promoting overall budget management,perfecting the charging management,enhancing the benefit and cost accounting,perfecting the internal accounting control＂ to strengthen the financial management of college adult education.
