关于优化21世纪运动训练专业人才培养模式的探讨

Exploration on Optimization of Talents Training Mode about the 21st Century Sports Training Major

采用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等对我国体育院系运动训练专业人才培养模式进行分析研究,发现运动训练专业发展过程中存在一些阻碍因素,具体表现为:办学指导思想不够明确、生源质量下降、培养目标不能适应社会需求、课程设置不合理、教学管理效率不高、就业渠道不通畅等。本文就如何根据我国国情,结合该专业特点,借鉴发达国家运动训练专业培养模式及改革思路,对我国体育院系运动训练专业人才培养模式提出了一些改革设想。

Talents training mode of China＇s sports colleges and departments＇ sports training major was analyzed and studied using methods of literature data,surveys,interviews,etc.,and we found there were some obstacles in the development process of sports training major.The special obstacles are undefined guiding ideologies,the decline in the quality of students,training target which can not meet the requirement of society,unreasonable course offering,low efficiency of teaching management and obstructed employment channels and so on.This paper put forward some reform assumption for talents training mode of China＇s sports colleges and departments＇ sports training major,taking example by the training mode of sports training major of developed countries and reform thoughts,combining with its professional characteristics,according to the situation in China.
