摘要 本文探讨了三氧化二砷(As2O3)对人宫颈癌Hela细胞放射增敏的可能作用机制。采用免疫细胞化学法检测细胞处理后P21和Bcl-2蛋白表达情况,结果显示2umol/L的As2O3和2Gy的r-射线均能升高P21蛋白表达和降低Bcl-2蛋白的表达(P<0.05),As2O3与射线联合则变化更明显(P<0.01)。说明As2O3对人宫颈癌Hela细胞具有放射增敏作用可能与其上调P21和下调Bcl-2蛋白表达有关。 To investigate the possible mechanism on arsenic trioxide's increasing radiosensitivity in human cervical carcinoma Hela Cell Line.We use immunohistochemical technique detected the expression of P21 and Bcl-2 protein after the Hela cells were treated.The results showed that P21 protein was increased and Bcl-2 protein was decreased when As2O3 and irradiation were applied to cells alone(P0.05),and the change were much more obvious when As2O3 and irradiation were applied combinatively than either one of them was used alone(P0.01).So we make a conclusion that As2O3 had radiosensitizing effect on Hela cells of Human cervical carcinoma,which may contribute to up-regulating P21 Protein and down-regulating Bcl-2 protein.
