浅谈现代大学生良好人际关系的建立和维护

Discussion on Building and Maintaining the Good Interpersonal Relationship of Modern Undergraduates

人际关系是职业生涯中一个非常重要的课题,特别是对大公司企业的职业人士来说,良好的人际关系是舒心工作安心生活的必要条件。当代的大学毕业生,绝大部分是独生子女,面对人际交往有太多的困惑,刚从学校里出来,自我意识较强,来到社会错纵复杂的大环境里,更应在人际关系中调整好自己的坐标。本文主要从大学生走向社会如何建立和维护良好的人际关系两方面阐述了自己的看法。

Interpersonal relationship is an important object of career;Especially to the office worker,good interpersonal relationship is necessary to happily work and secure life.Because most of modern undergraduates are the only child,they have much confusion when they deal with the interpersonal relationship.They should adjust their own coordinates when they enter into the complex social environment,as they lack social experiment and have relatively high self-awareness.This article presents own views from the perspectives of building and maintaining the good interpersonal relationship for the undergraduates.
