随着教学制度改革的不断深入发展,就必须要进一步改进教学方法,提高教学质量,培养出更多的合格人才。这是摆在我们面前的重要任务,高校烹饪专业的培养目标和方向也是如此。特别是烹饪专业在技能方面的培养更为重要。不仅培养学生的厨技、厨艺,更重要的是培养厨德,才能成为一名合格的优秀厨师。
With the deepening reform of teaching system,we must further improve the teaching method,improve the teaching quality,and cultivate more qualified personnel,which is our important task ahead of us and also the training goal and direction of culinary professional.The training of skill of ulinary professional is more important.The person with moral of cook is a qualified cook,so we should pay more attention to training of moral of cook.
