大学生的就业状况从广义上讲是一个十分宽泛的概念,对当前就业状况,视角不同所得出的结论不尽相同。本文试图通过对当前大学生就业自身原因的分析和产生这一现状原因的研究,提出相应的对策,为改善大学生就业状况,促进大学生资源的合理配置提供一定的理论和现实依据。
