早强EPS混凝土动态压缩力学行为的SHPB试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用Ф100mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验装置对养护龄期分别为12、24、36h和28d的聚苯乙烯混凝土(EPS)在不同应变率下的冲击压缩力学性能进行对比研究,并对试验有效性进行了分析。结果表明:聚苯乙烯混凝土(EPS)在养护龄期为36h、28d的动态抗压强度和能量吸收能力随应变率的提高而近似线性增加,体现了显著的应变率相关性;在养护龄期为12、24h的动态抗压强度和能量吸收能力随着应变率的提高变化不明显。聚苯乙烯混凝土(EPS)的破坏时刻为119.80-262.10μs,试件破坏前近似恒应变率加载时间比例控制在52%-83%之间,平均值为67%;在近似恒应变率加载区段内,应变率曲线的波动范围控制在1.8%-17.3%之间,平均值为8.9%。能够较好地满足应力均匀分布及恒应变率加载要求,试验结果可靠。 Impact compressed characteristics of Expanded Polystyrene( EPS ) concrete under 12,24,36 h and 28 d maintenance period were studied by split Hopkins pressure bar of diameter 100mm under different strain rates,and the effectiveness of experiment were analysed.The dynamic compressed strength and energy absorption capacities of EPS concrete under 36 h and 28 d maintenance period increased nearly with the average strain rate;however, the dynamic compressed strength and energy absorption capacities of EPS concrete under 12 h and 24 h maintenance period seem not to increase with the average strain rate.The rupture time is from 119.80 to 262.10 μs,the rate of nealy constant strain rate in the loading time is controlled from 52% to 83%, whose average is 67%;the strain rate curve fluctuates from 1.8% to 17.3%, whose average is 8.9% in the region of nearly strain rate.The experiment can satisfy nearly constant strain rate loading, which shows that the experiment is reliable.
