摘要
以矿渣和脱硫灰为主要原料,并掺入少量石膏,在外加剂的作用下,可制备出一种具有较高活性的胶凝材料。研究了石膏、激发剂和脱硫灰掺量对复合胶凝胶凝材料强度的影响,并对较优配合比的胶凝材料的水化产物进行了XRD与SEM分析。结果表明:当矿渣、脱硫灰、二水石膏和激发剂的质量比为85∶5∶6∶4时可制备出满足现行国家标准的胶凝材料,这对矿渣和脱硫灰的综合利用具有一定的参考价值。
A new composite cementitious material with relatively high actived,under the conditions of gypsum and activator,which can be mainly prepared by desulfurization ash and slag.The effect of the mass ratio of dihydrate gypsum, a proprietary activators and desulfurization ash on the strength of cementitious material is studied, and XRD and SEM analysis were used to study the hydrates of composite cementitious material with excellent ratio.The results showed that a cementitious material can be prepared with a mass ratio of 85:6:5:4 (slag to desulfurization ash to dihydrate gypsum to proprietary additive ), and the strength can meet the national standard, this integration method of slag and desulfurization ash may possess some consultation value.
